The Professional Team at Tailored Advisory Solutions is here to help with transition from home, when the time is right.
We are a referral service which helps seniors and/or their families navigate the vast array of residential options and care services available to those in need of any level of assistance. Our referrals are complimentary and we offer personalized, respectful consultations to help ensure that we find the best new living situation to meet your needs. We partner with hundreds of Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities as well as Adult Family (care) Homes. These residential communities pay our fees when you are a private pay client, qualify for VA benefits and/or have long-term care insurance. If your source of funding is Medicaid, we are happy to help by consulting with your case worker or consulting with a concerned family member on an hourly basis for a fee.
For many, this process can be overwhelming, emotional and quite time consuming. Let us represent you so we can narrow the search, save you time and use our expertise to help with this transition, at no cost to you.
Moving to a new community is a big decision and we understand the patience required and the difficulty this process entails. The ultimate decision is yours. Our Senior communities have come a long way over the years, and are probably not what you might expect. Many beautiful communities now exist where people are respected and well cared for. There is also a big emphasis on good quality dining, life enrichment, health and wellness. We can help you or someone you know find that perfect place.
How We Work.
We first talk with you or family members to learn as much as possible about your needs and what kind of living situation and location you desire. Then we research various communities that may be a good fit and narrow them down to about three. We arrange tours of these communities and escort you and/or family members to see for yourselves. You may return to visit at anytime and will likely be invited to stay for a free meal or an activity so you can see firsthand what it would be like to live there.
